COVID-19 update for all our valued customers


The coronavirus has now been confirmed as a Pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO), this is having a severe impact in businesses and everyone's day to day activities.

All employers must take all reasonable steps to make sure the safety of their staff at their workplace. Kyocera understands this and would like to provide everyone with the assurance that every step possible has been put in place to secure the safety of our staff and all our customers.

Kyocera would also like to provide an overview of best practises if your business has been put into lockdown

  • Please ensure the Kyocera device is turned off at the switch, not only will this be beneficial to saving power, but this will avoid any toner alerts being sent through and unnecessary deliveries. Once you return to your office your device can be switched back on and normal operations will be back in place.

All Kyocera services in Australia are still currently running within the guidelines set out by the respective regional governments and will monitor any changes to the guidelines as they are released.
