KCM is a powerful document capturing software product that streamlines business workflow by digitising documents including paper documents. KCM is able to capture the documents from virtually any source – from an MFP, network scanner, Web browser, Email, hot-folder or smartphone. Once documents are captured, they can be processed with the KCM’s powerful capabilities – despeckle/ deskew, OCR (Full/ Zone) and barcode reading are just a few of the tools available. Those processed documents can be converted into a variety of formats, such as text searchable PDFs or Office format.
